The short answer for this blog is this and that. I just wanted a little spot where I could rattle off random thoughts as I have them. You’re likely to find things here on books and music and movies and the duality that comes with living in New Orleans. It’s the kind of place that can inspire you one minute, infuriate and frustrate you the next, and then have you believing that you truly can’t be, and can’t belong, anywhere else. It’s a spirit that gets in you, and it’s good and it’s bad, all in one. Just like life. Just like each of us.
